I love the easy pairing of this unit, the sound quality and the look. But it absolutely will not stay put. The ear hook doesn't help either. I use it with my computer for text to speech and most of the time I just hold it in my hand rather than actually putting it in my ear. If I was having to use it with a cell phone, I would be pretty unhappy. -- Everything is great, except it keeps falling off.

Best Quality. The acessorys make it complete. I like to carry it with the neckless but I am going to start using the clip on weekends. So far I haven't needed the ear wire. I love the style, versitlity and quality. -- The best

I love the shape, size, weight, reception, sound quality, color, and ease of use of this product! It's great! My husband says he can hear me over the charming racket of our progeny much better than he could with my previous bluetooth headset.
However, I never can get the ear hook thing adjusted just right, only pretty close. As long as I don't bound up the stairs or laugh too vigorously, it remains hands-free. -- I love it! But do I have weird ears?

I just this and love the way it looks. It fits just fine and is a bargin compared to the BH-800. -- I think it's great

I like everything about this headset except the fit. The optional hook (included) is necessary just to keep it on my head, barely. Even with it it still has fallen off already. If my ear was bigger (opening) then it would probably go in and stay without the hook. For comparison, the included headphones that come with Apple iPods don't fit me right either. -- Are My Ears Small?
